- What is the rate of arrhythmia measurement matching?
A percentage of how well a heart beat is matched, if it is> 90%, can be considered a normal category. However, since it may come out before or after exercise temporarily, we recommend continuous measurement for at least one week.
- What is the heart rate rest period?
- When we check normal heart rate normal values, we measure the resting heart rate, that is, when we are sitting in a comfortable position. At this time, the normal heart rate varies according to age and gender, and adult normal heart rate is 60 ~ 100 times per minute.
- The age of the heart is different from the actual age.
- Depending on your physical condition and stress, your heart may be older than your actual age. Also, it means average value by age group rather than actual medical findings, and it may vary depending on measurement situation.
- What should I do if I have a problem with my product?
- As a rule, if there is a problem with the product, one-on-one (1: 1) replacement will be made with the new product. Therefore, we will send you a new product immediately after confirmation of our products after you apply for the exchange through courier service designated by the head office. (The round-trip courier service will be borne by the head office.)
- Does the device generate electromagnetic waves?
- This product does not have built-in battery and does not use AC power. (It operates using the power of the smartphone purely.)
- Is it also available on older smartphones?
As of July 2019, only devices using the Android OS will be supported, and iOS will be available soon.
